What we collect

When you join the mailing list or the advance reader team, we collect your email address. We don't ask for anything else.

The website host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and performance. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send what you signed up for: the free toolkit, news about new books and editions, and (if you joined the advance reader team) review copies. We never sell or rent your details.

Who processes it

Our email list is managed by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland), which stores subscriber data on our behalf. Their privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy. Data may be stored outside Australia.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@thomasallanbooks.com.

If you have a concern about how your information is handled, contact us first at the address above. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
